My Journey With Ostomy

I have been involved with the Ostomy Canada Society for almost 20 years.

After having cancer/ostomy surgery in 2002 I joined a local chapter in my parents’ home town. I have attended many National Conferences and information sessions and have learned so much. I have met so many caring people from all across Canada and count many of them as good friends. In 2009, with the support of Ostomy Canada Society,  I started an Ostomy Chapter in my hometown. The chapter is still going strong.

Life is good. Thank you Ostomy Canada Society.
